i have a '95 neon that leaks water when it rains onto the left rear seat floor pan every time it rains.  i've replaced and caulked the weatherstripping and have not driven it in the rain (removing the possibility that the water was splashed up).  I checked the door frame and carpeting around the puddle in the back and nothing is wet.  what's going on?
