i have a 99 dodge neon the egnition fuse blew a few days ago...

i have a 99 dodge neon the egnition fuse blew a few days ago we changed it then it blew again a couple days later now everytime we put one in it blows as soon as we stick it in and the car will not start because of this. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it
