I have a 2002 Jetta TDI that randomly applies the brakes on its own to the point that the wheels get extremely hot aND THE CAR WILL LITERALLY STOP ON IT'S OWN IF YOU LET OFF ON THE ACCELERATOR.  Anyone else out there experience this sort of thing and if so, what is causing this?
