Im installing cruise control in a customers 1991 plymouth minivan, 2.5 ltr  4-cyl.   needless to say im having a little trouble getting the solenoid that controlls the vaccuum to actuate, it wont even send a request out of the ecm or at least one I can monitor with my scanner.  Im wondering if anyone can give me a hint.  If im missing a relay or a fuse somewhere and you know where or what im missing please let me know.  thanks for your help
