I found a misprint 5 dollar bill, series 1969
C.  The back is perfect, centered with borders, but the front has no bottom border and very little right-side border.  In addition, the Federal Reserve and Treasury seals appear to be in the correct locations, but are not symmetric with the rest of the printing--this  appears to the printing error.  More specifically, the Federal Reserve field is printed on top of "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER..." which makes the phrase partially unreadable; and the green Treasury seal is not centered on the large "FIVE".

So, what do I have?  A highly sought after collectible, or a common misprint, or a counterfeit?
