I have a 99 Plymouth neon.  Vehicle won't start when I turn ignition.  Had battery checked and battery is good.  No power at all.  Could it be solenoid, starter, or alternator?  Car will start when jumped.  Any ideas?  Also not sure where solenoid is at.
