I need to move a pool table in order to re-carpet a room. I really don't want to call in a professional to move the table 6 feet. I was thinking of using one of those motorcycle stands to pick the table up by the H frame and move it that way. The stand is the one from Canadian Tire which supports about 1500lbs. Any thoughts on this? Any other suggestions?
