I have a one year old male chihuahua who has been perfectly healthy, he started vomiting at around 4am and then at 7 and then at 9.  I happened to be with him all day and night the day before and I did not see him eat anything inappropriate, I know there is always a chance that he ate something he shouldnt have but I was wondering if there were any other possibilties for the vomiting?  I brought him to the vet and she said that he may have been dehydrated but she really didnt know what was wrong, he has been lethargic and sleeping ever since we got back.  Any advice?
