1998 Dodge Caravan. All gages in dash go off and abs light...

1998 Dodge Caravan.  All gages in dash go off and abs light goes on.  If the gages stay off for approx 20 miles the check engine light goes on.  I have been to several garages and they all report no engine codes.  The only thing I have learned at the garages is how to shut off the check engine light.  Anyone have any ideas.
