i need to know the translation of the sign at Auschwitz when you enter the camp.....its something like Arbeit Macht??

the door way to auschwitz said arbeit macht frei. wich means work means freedom

its Arbeit Macht Frei
and it means "hard work will set you free"

literally= work makes free. translation = work brings freedom

The sign over the gate to Auschwitz says (In German) "Arbeit Macht Frei," and that is translated to "Work Will Set You Free"
