I have a cross between a staff and a pit bull, he is full of problems at the moment as he is 11.  He has got arthritis in his legs and last week we was told that he had a skin condition eczema.  He has now been having drops of blood from his penis, the blood is on and off. He doesn't seem to be in pain (As he cannot talk) but this just doesn't seem normal.  Can you help
