I have cold water running out my HVAC duct to the rear area...

I have cold water running out my HVAC duct to the rear area if the car when the A/C is on. My floor front and back is soaked. After removing the carpet I tapped on a plastic piece going through the firewall. After doing this water went to the ground either by chance or I had a plugged drain. Where is the drain ?
