my male Dane is very gentle with my husband and his children, just licks them to death. me, he nips constantly. he'll walk up and bite my ankles. he's about 6mo. old and his mouth fits around my whole calf. any advice as to why he would only nip at me. i was his primary care giver for the first 2 months we had him. he doesn't nip hard, but I'm afraid if he gets a hold of my ankle hard enough he's going to tear it up. i read that it was bad to whack this breed because it can cause the to be aggressive.
