My 1995 Chrysler LHS, 3.5 over heats.  I still get heat inside through the heater and my fans are working and the top hose seems to be circulating water.  The car is not smoking or leaking, the thermostat is new and the antifreeze level is good.  This motor has an internal water pump and I do not hear any bearing noise.  What do you think it could be?
