Since the interface to the user is very similar, most of the email clients that are available can access the USEnet as well.  Microsoft's Outlook Express for example comes complete with the ability to communicate not only via email, but USEnet as well -- set up an account for "News" and there you go. You may need additional info from your Internet provider about the server you have to connect to for USEnet access. If all else fails, you can access the USEnet through your web browser, using the front-end services of e.g. DejaNews.
