I have a '95 Dodge Avenger that just didn't turn on.  All the lights and everything turn on, it just doesn't crank.  I tried to jump it, but that didn't work.  My car comes with a factory alarm, it will still activate, it just doesn't go off.  Does anyone know  what the problem may be?
