my 2001 Chrysler 300M with 97,000 miles In the past 2...

my 2001 Chrysler 300M with 97,000 miles
In the past 2 months it has "shut down" when driving.  once coming down the off ramp of a highway appproximately 45 MPH and the other night approaching a red light at 15 MPH.

Completely shuts down - just like turning the key off.  If I try to re-start immediately - just turns over.  If I give it about 45 seconds - will start and away I go!!
