I have a 2000 Sebring.  It has started missing.  It does it when idling in park and increases when idling in Reverse or Drive.  Also where is the fuel filter?  How do you change the spark plugs and spark plug wires?

I clicked on the links to review some of the questions on the web site and they could not be found.
