what do you do if your chihuahua dose not bark at anyone. He loves everyone. The only time he barks is if I am playing with him. He loves all people and other animals. Is that normal?

It is normal for any dogs to stay silent when strangers walk by or enter your house.  This may be a sign of good training when he/she was younger or it is just your Chihuahua's personality to stay calm and laid back.  My Chihuahua is quite the barker and trust me, sometimes I wish she could stop.
