changing my room light back  to a regular light with a dimmer switch after it had a ceiling fan now the switch dont function it will not turn on-off or dim light.the wiring from the house 2 white and 1 black and the new light 1 black and 1 white the old ceiling fan was 1 black 1 blue and 1 white. in order for me to turn the light on or off i have to twist the light bulb.i ly on my bed at night starring at it frustraded knowing ive tried every combination from wire to wire and i just cant figure it out someone help me
