Changing Interior Light bulb on Mark 1 Golf Cabriolet 1981 ...

Changing Interior Light bulb on Mark 1 Golf Cabriolet 1981

Hi

Apologies if this sounds very stupid.  I am having a hard time getting the plastic bit off to allow me to change the interior light bulb (in-between sun visors) on my Mark 1 golf Cab,  There is a clip on one side only.  The other side has no clip.  Once you press the clip that side come slightly away but the other side does not budge.  It is starting to annoy me now as I am sure it is very easy to do. Please help.
