MY MOTHER IN LAW GAVE US HER 2 YEAR OLD SHARPEI B/C SHE IS MOVING.  (WE HAVE HIS SISTER THAT WE PURCHASED AT THE SAME TIME)  HE IS VERY STANDOFF-ISH.  HE WONT COME TO US OR EVEN COME INSIDE THE HOUSE.  HE WASNT TAKEN CARE OF WELL (EARS NEVER CLEANED, NO SHOTS, NOT FIXED... ETC..) WE WANT TO GET STARTED IN TAKING CARE OF ALL THIS BUT HE WONT EVEN COME NEAR US.  WHAT DO WE DO?  PLEASE HELP! I REALLY WANT TO GIVE HIM THE LOVE HE DESERVES AND NEEDS.  THANK YOU
