on heart trouble possible (hcm) about two years ago i had an attack of palpitations like 10 in one day for no apparent reason and it was a one off i have never had heart trouble before that day i was 21 at the time and i have never had anything since that , but sometimes when i laugh really loud my heart pauses but starts beating again , weird , but i do lots of physical excercise and get no symptoms and my heart rate comes down pretty quick and i feel great , does anyone know if this sounds like a familiar heart condition of even hcm ?
