i have power windows on my 1995 grand cherokee laredo.  the passenger side rearwindow won't go down.  the drivers side and front passenger side sometimes go down slow and if windows are closed and i try to open won't go up or down until auto starts to run. maybe you can help or tell me what to do or where to go.   thanks
