My dad is finally going to let me get my belly button pierced, but I'm only 13, and where I live, you have to be 14. We're leaving to go somewhere in Missouri next week, and my dad said I could get it done there if I find out all the info. on it. I need to know how old you have to be in Missouri to get your belly button pierced! Thank you so much!
