Where can i find a reference that compare C and C++?

Well, comparing programming languages in general is not very useful, for one language need not to be better because having a feature that other does not have. But since C and C++ are "almost" siblings, there might be a point in their case.
You can find some comparisons in terms of style, efficiency or compatibility in "The C++ Programming Language" by B. Stroustrup (esp. in Appendix C). If you want something more canned see http://research.att.com/~bs/new_learning.pdf.
