I have a 91 dodge shadow, the A/C, radiator fan, and the heater stopped working all at the same time.  I checked all the fuses, and they're all great, I did notice that one of the fuses controls all 3 of them, so they must be on the same circuit, but I can't find anywhere where the circuit is broken, I've taken my meter and checked all over. Any ideas where I can search, or what electronic part could be bad?
