My toy poodle has a runny nose ALL the time and when she gets excited she wheezes and gets choked up.  She is 6 yr. old and was the runt of the litter, 5 lbs. The Vet. doesn't seem concerned but it scares me.  Also her runny nose is making spots on my furniture and sheets that won't come out.  Help, please.
