I'm on H-4 visa status. I'm doing some volunteer job on my spare time for an american company. They want to hire me. I can qualify for H1B since I have a BS.from an acredited institution. What route would be the best to finally get to the green card?. option 1:First go for the H1B and from there go for the Labor Certification/Gree Card process. Or, Option 2:directly go for the Labor certification to green card. If I take the option 2, during the labor certif process, Will I be able to work for them? or I have to wait until the process LC/GC is done to start working for them?...Thanks for your help!!!
