My year old female Rotty has lost weight & losing it so much...

My year old female Rotty has lost weight & losing it so much she you can see her ribs & hip bones......she started when I left for a 2 wk vacation.  My sister fed her daily as I had done & now that I am back she only eats a little bit & wont gain weight.I jus started giving her vitamins & wet dog food  but if she doesnt eat all her food she wont get them all in her.  What can I do? I am very worried about her.
