Looking to buy Crysler Voyager 2.5TD 1998 190,000Km has a lot of pressure in rocker cover and spits a lot of oil when filler cap is removed.
Garage owner says this is normal (he would right) due to hydraulic valves, sounds like bull to me!!

Is this normal?
How can I best check if motor is tired?
