Error code P0445
"The PCM has determined that a short circuit condition exists in the electricalcircuit for the purge control valve in the evaporative emmission control system"
1999 Dodge Caravan.
Any idea what this may be??

Our 1992 Chrysler Lebaron will not run. It acts as if it is out of gas. We have checked out the fuel pump and cat. convertor. If it starts is runs for only a little while and cuts off.
