I have a 99 Durango. No cool air was forthcoming.  The dealer said it was the evaporator which they replaced.  After the evaporator was replaced, the car wouldn't start.  Now they are telling me that it is a computer problem and want another $900 to replace that.  They said it was just a coincidence.  Is there anyway to short circuit the computer in replacing an evaporator?
