Hi,

I have a valid Indian Passport and Travelled to US on B1 twice. For the last six months i was working on Riyadh for IBM on a Buisness Visa. IBM Riyadh does this for years. Now i Joined a Indian firm and they want to File my H1B.

Since i worked on a Nonemployment visa in Riyadh could you please let me know whether that will be a problem for my H1B filing.

Thanks,
Unni
