I have a 1996 Chrysler town&country when i put an o2 sensor...

I have a 1996 Chrysler town&country when i put an o2 sensor in it the van started chucking and will not idle so i ran it on the scanner and it came up tps so i put one on then the aic come it also came up as bank one to lean also installed a map sensor when i disconnect the vacuum line it runs like a top what is my problem also installed new plugs
