I HAVE A 97 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY MINIVAN, AND MY WIPERS...

I HAVE A 97 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY MINIVAN, AND MY WIPERS ONCE THEY ARE TURN ON THEY CONTINUE TO STAY ON FOR A WHILE EVEN IF YOU TURN THE CAR OFF.  HOWEVER I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS IS A COMPUTER PROBLEM IF IT GO UN REPAIRED FOR A WHILE IT WILL SOON EFFECT MY WINDOWS AND A/C.  BUT THIS PART IS REALLY EXPENSIVE , WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS PART AND WHERE CAN I FIND IT EVEN IF IT IS USED,
