I've a Fasco 1/6 hp, 230 volt, 2 speed fan motor with four wires. A plate states that the orange lead is a neutral, each of the two black are Hi, and the red is Low.
Is the "neutral" a 110v neutral? 110/230 system? or is this a 3 phase motor?

How would one wire this (assuming a 230 volt, single phase circuit) could just a Low speed be achieved with a 110 circuit, just red (hot) and orange (neutral)?
Can just the low be achieved with a 230volt circuit (two hots?)
