My 6 months old male Shih Tzu has had  several muscle cramps in the left back leg. It happened when he was 3 months old for the first time. The muscle cramps lasts for about 2-3 minutes and it's always when he is over excited or nervous. Is this called the Scotty Cramp? And is it severe or is ther a cure? I read on the internet to give him vitamin E. Should I?
