I have a 95 Toyota 4runner v6. I just had a complete engine rebuild done and now its running hot. I've changed the thermostat, water pump, sending unit,it has a new radiator, and hoses still runs hot, the weird thing is the gauge on the dash shows overheating but the radiator is cold to the touch and the water inside is cold. I took the thermostat out and it reached correct temp within 5 minutes, it seems like my truck runs completely normal without a thermostat which is not normal. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
