I have a 20 dollar bill from 1929.  It has "The First National Bank of Menasha Wisconsin on the left front, a picture of Andrew Jackson but the signature over the president is Geo.A.Whiting.  It has the number 3724 on either end and the serial number A000166A in red on it.  The back plate number is 137.  E.E. Jones is the Register of the treasury name and N.O. Woods is the treasure of the US.  It appears to be in good condition which creates concern that the black ink is too new- possibly counterfiet.  Can you give me any idea as to if it is real or not and if it is real the value?
