Last year my son rescued what looks to be like a purebred Lhasa Apso, and he has been with us for almost a year. Is there any way we can determine his ancestry? We only know the geographical area in which he was found, but he very much looks like the Tibetan type, almost a dead ringer for one of the original Lhasas brought from Tibet in the thirties. We love him no matter where he comes from, but would like to know more about his roots, if possible. Any suggestions?
