96 Dodge Caravan 3.8 liter engine. A/C Compressor Clutch not engaging when A/C Switch is pushed (fan control is set to run). I have checked the following. A/C Clutch Relay and associated 15A fuse located in Power Distribution Center (PDC) under hood. (both are okay).  Removed relay and shorted relay socket contacts and clutch engaged and worked fine. It appears the relay is not receiving the signal from the Power Control Module (PCM)which is located beside the PDC. I have a wiring diagram of the A/C circuit but have been unsuccessful in correcting the problem. I also removed the Environ Control panel inside the van and reseated the connectors...again no luck...Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
