I had my tongue pierced yesterday and there's not sign of swelling at all. Its a bit sore, its quite white and there's some puss coming out the bottom...

I'm guessing its a bit infected but i dunno whether it has to be taken out of whether its best to just keep cleaning it and hope my immunity system kicks in soon...?
What should i do?
