I recently lost my sweet Quincy to FIP (he was only a 10 month old Champagne Burmese).
I also have a 10 month old Bengal who is fine. I would like to get a playmate for Spencer as he seems sad without Quincy, but I do not know what breed would be the best fit with him. (Quincy never really enjoyed the level of activity of Spencer or his desire to literately "tackle and pin down" Quincy. I don't want another super hyper cat, in fact I would like a bit calmer and affectionate breed. But He/she needs to be able to "handle" Spencer and be willing to play with him too. Also, is it best to get another male or should I get a female? (Spencer is neutered)
I would greatly appreciate any advice.
