well l took the naturalization interview since september 10th. 2004. and passed the test. i was told by the USCIS officer that my background name check is still pending. l contact my congressman nothing good came out of it and l went to Newark office again today and was told my fingerprint is ok but waiting from fBI, what is going on even the lady could not answered it well just told me to make another apponitment by three or four weeks to come to the office, l need help of contact the FBI myself and what documebts and method needed to request mt file, l need help it's almost seven months now i took the test and am proud to become US CITIZEN thanks and hope to get good respond
