I have a 7 yr old Yorkie that was just recently diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus. I am in the process of trying to regulate his sugar. Vet has him on 8 units of NPH insulin 2x daily and vet hasn't given me much info on this. The only info I have is what I have found on the net. I live in the Pgh,Pa area and would like to find a specialist. Any info regarding his condition is welcomed. Thanks
