I have a 5 month old basset hound and she has a deep cough and sneeze.  I took her to the vet and he quoted that she has "incurable pnmonia" He wanted to wait 10 days to do X-rays and tests and refused to give her the rest of her puppy shots because of this sickness.  Does this sickness exist?  If so, what can be done to treat it?
