He's basically saying "Is that your ass I'm shocked, your mother must be half reindeer, because your ass is so fat" (Reindeer appear to have big asses)

the line is in reference to the thighs and ass of a woman. If one were to look up Elke the Stallion, one would understand the meaning of this line. Your lower portion is build like a Stallion, or reindeer, very strong and muscular.

i think like valley joe said because reindeer have large asses and nelly says he can't explain it so it doesn't matter what is means
