julie: Although I am not a user or advocate of prong type control collars, the have the ability to be sized to any length necessary. You only need purchase sufficient segments and snap them together.
Hope this helps...

Contact acmekennel.com or at 888-752-4483.  You can get a custom 1 1/2" wide nylon collar up to 40" long.  We were lucky to have found this site as our English Mastiff needs a 38" collar, and he's still a puppy!!!

Please contact us at www.yourpetstore.com.  We make all of our dog collars-nylon and leather. I do recommend nylon for everyday use, as this is the best for the dog's comfort, as well as not matting their hair. Our nylon collars are 1" wide and our leather is 1 1/4"-1 3/4" wide. We currently stock both up to 34", but can custom-make anything!

If you have a Tuesday Morning, TJ Maxx or Ross near by they carry pet products but you will have to be patient because you may need to go back 2 or 3 times.  I have 3 Rotties and was able to get 7 collars after pets.com went belly up for about $8 each regularly $30 - 60.

We use people belts (like from Ross Dress for Less or other discount stores) for our English Mastiff with a 40" neck.  It's easier and cheaper than special order but we would rather have a harness that fits him.  No such luck yet.
