Our four year old springer spaniel began sneezing about 2...

Our four year old springer spaniel began sneezing about 2 months ago.  They became more frequent and more intense, but only affecting his right nostril.  Now his right eye closes when he sneezes, and two days ago he's nose began to bleed (a lot!).

I took him to the vet, who took x-rays and performed a nasal flush... and found nothing.  We await tests.

Has anyone experience anything similar, and what was the outcome?
